These discerning clients desired the Shrock Design Team to create an open concept contemporary home with a sprinkling of traditional elements. An essential design feature for this custom home was that interior spaces flow seamlessly out into exterior spaces. Another key factor in the design was purposeful integration of the complete home package into the rural site. The design process began with inspirational photos of desired interior and exterior elements.

The “heart of the home” for this oasis is the shared courtyard which offers the luxuries of a pool, hot tub, fireplace, game area and covered seating and spacious patio. The homeowners wanted to celebrate life together not only indoors, but especially outdoors. This was achieved through the thoughtful placement of multiple access points. The color palette was kept neutral placing emphasis on uncluttered high design.
