Designing your dream home should be a fun and memorable experience.
Get in touchConceptual Design
Based on what we learn from our first meeting, we’ll create a design concept that represents the overall look, layout, and style of your home. We’ll also consider site-related factors such as orientation, topography, and any local regulations or restrictions that might impact the design. You'll work closely with our architectural team during this phase to provide feedback and refine the design concept until it aligns with your vision.
Initial Consultation
Let’s discuss your vision, goals, and specific requirements for your home. We’d love to know about your lifestyle preferences, design inspirations, and any specific features or amenities you desire. We’ll also review your budget and the desired timeline for the project to understand the scope and limitations of the design.
Building Your Home
With the design and documentation phase complete, you'll have the option to choose Shrock as your custom home builder or select your own. Throughout the construction phase, Shrock provides project management and supervision to ensure the design is executed as planned. We’ll communicate with you about any opportunities to make minor adjustments or upgrades to the design to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Design Development
Once the design concept is approved, we can develop the floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. We’ll also collaborate with you to choose materials, finishes, and fixtures that complement the design.
